Service Data: Messages, conversations, contacts, calendar events, and other content processed through the Service via your connected integrations (Telegram, Gmail, Google Calendar, CRM).

Usage Data: Log data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, feature usage, and timestamps to improve the Service.

Payment Data: Billing information is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is stored in isolated containers dedicated to your account. Each customer's environment is separate from all others. Data is backed up regularly to prevent loss.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms to function:

  • Telegram โ€” for messaging and notifications
  • Google (Gmail, Calendar) โ€” for email and scheduling
  • CRM systems โ€” for contact and deal management
  • Stripe โ€” for payment processing
  • AI model providers โ€” for generating responses (data is sent to the AI provider to generate outputs; we use providers with data protection agreements)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
